Vehicles dominate the peripheral landscape, displacing human and social needs. They have a strong spatial impact on our environment and take up large parts of our available space. The program focuses on establishing a new balance among functionality and social needs within the context of a light industrial neighborhood. In doing so, the design also serves as an exploration in the potential of vehicles as spatial and technical devices.

Water serves as the programmatic connective element. Greywater is harvested from upper-level apartments and a public bath in the first floor, channeled downward through five vertical structural cores, and recycled in a technical ceiling.
This infrastructure enables a dynamic temporal shift on the ground floor. A functional car wash by day transforms into a public space by night.

By that, the act of cleaning becomes a collective ritual that fosters human-to-object and social interaction.
